Hi Ladies, and I guess a few of the male dancers. Don't want to leave you out. I am new on Bhuz.com but not to belly dance. I have been dancing for many many years. Started in Edmonton Alberta and my main mentor was a teacher named Aziza from San Fransicso that studied with Jamila Salimpour. She was my greatest influence. Since then I have taken many workshops and had different influences but that was my favorite. I have now started an on line store for professional costumes. My website is Jaylala.

Welcome to bhuz!!!! I am in Ontario - not far from you. I live in the Sarnia area. I've only been dancing for about four years but I sure do enjoy it. Have you ever attended the workshop that Isis puts on in Sarnia? It's usually held the end of March or early April.

Hi Suzy. I was at Isis's Ava Fleming workshop last year. I was a vendor. Your name sounds familar. I am pretty sure we met. Could not make the one this year due to conflicts in time periods. Hi Azhia. Thank you for the welcome. Yes the Jamila tree is amazing. I learned more from the one teacher than any others. Her name was Aziza and she was an great dancer and friend. I checked out your web site and I love the picture on the home page. Beautiful.
