Hello! I'm Nadima Mirvet. ---> New to belly dance! 31 years old. Work full-time, college part-time. I'm going on my 5th class of Egyptian belly dance this Saturday (10/20/07). I have been interested in belly dance for over a year now and just found the time to start classes. I am hoping to meet new people and learn a lot.
I started when I was 31, too! Welcome and don't be afraid to speak up. This is a great place to learn--I've learned more here than anywhere else when it comes to belly dance. And people here also come in handy when you have other life questions.
HI! I am also really new to belly dance and bhuz. I am in my 5th week I think of my first beginner class. It is so much fun, and everyone on bhuz is awesome! Beware though, dont look at the swap meet pages unless you are prepared to spend money! lol- Im barely a beginner and ive already got one costume at home and one on the way.
