Insurance - have you had a claim?

I am a beginning instructor and have bought an insurance policy...but I was wondering...has anyone ever had to use their policy?
If you don't mind can you share the incident and your experience with your insurance company? Please give as many details are you are comfortable sharing.

I would like to know this too. I purchased insurance last year because I was teaching more in other locations than my community center.
