Do we roll that expense into our flat rates? Has anyone considered this cartage issue in producing dance shows? What if your whole troupe is arriving with 2 car loads of props, costuming and background scenery?

As a soloist I don't have THAT much stuff and my rates are already at the higher end in my region. I'm considering getting a portable PA though- and for that I would charge extra.

Oh yeah!! Build it in into the fee. You can determine the fee based on how many dancers, costume changes, etc will be included in show plus the length of the show, travel, it all adds up
