I don't know a lot about Turkish dance costumes ..have owned 2 Bellas briefly but I never saw one like this. Have you?

I have, this very one is over on pg 1 of the swapmeet posted by a reputable bhuzzer. I've seen several tribaret and coin bellas lately, but I also think this one is unique.
