their version of a bella

Hey all
Do you remember a little while ago, that ebay listing that was using sandra's picture and claiming that they could make the costume custom order etc. i can't find the thread. but here is the same seller, and i think this is their version of that costume.
thoughts?

Ya know, they might be reasonable for a $200-$250 "beginner" costume. But what he's posted in my mind proves that there is no way they could produce something even remotely close to a Bella. Its ridiculous that they could have made such a claim in the first place.

Oh how funny! After owning this costume (bought it from Sandra) and seeing the real thing in all its glory and sparkliness, I have to laugh at this pathetic attempt to duplicate it. With the detail on the bra and belt and arm bands so sparse, it's almost like the designer began working on it, saw how much effort it would take for them to match the intricacies, and said "Aw, f*$& it!" and the result is this sad, empty costume. I think those are acrylic stones! Ew. It's just.....sad.

lol, i thought the same thing. i remember it on sandra and the sparkliness. the close-ups in the auction just convinced me that it was more a piece of crap than i thought..the unfortunate thing is that someone out there will probably buy it.

Oh my goodness. The skirt material looks very heavy like it is velvet upholstery materail or something but they list it as stretch. PLEASE... I wouldn't buy it for that reason alone.

lol..what Summer said. sad sad...why is it so much effort for someone to pick up a pencil and draw something completely new? oh i know..it's because someone else already established it as being a winning style that dancers like. way too much effort to think of something new..much easier to leech from someone else's hard work and trial/error to find what works.

you don't see many copies of a crappy design

the nekked mannequin made me giggle....

I have learned my lesson on buying knock-offs, even from someone I have met and trust.

Why don't they get that dancers know the difference? Have you all been shopping in Cairo and ask to see the professional costumes? Puuleeeease!! I guess the guys in Turkey are no different.
