Neckelmann's skirt

That style would make me look like a sausage... I think you have to be tall and thin for those to look nice...

I have one and I really like it, but I wouldn't recommend it for someone under 5'4" unless wearing very high heels or willing to take it to a taylor.

I am 5'3" so I guess I'll pass. And I was a little worried about my knobby knees showing!

I have one of these Neckelmann skirts in navy blue. (You can see it in my gallery with the coin costume)
I love it, its comfortable and well made. It's very butt hugging but very stretchy. Not too tight, not too loose.
