Over the winter, I posted about the Couch-to-5k running program that I found on the internet (which I abandoned around week 4 because despite having a plan, I still hate running)
Anyway, my neighborhood's pool opens today, and I've already found a new optimistic internet workout plan.
ZERO to 1650 in Six Weeks
As well as getting some much-needed exercise, my hope is to build up my triceps a little bit, so my arms look prettier.
I figured I'd post the link, since pools should be opening for the summer all over the place this weekend.
