Oriental Originals
Hey does anyone know with certainty that Oriental Originals is Sim Moda Evi. There's a costume on Dahlal's site I very much like but I'd want to make some changes and quite frankly I haven't been impressed with Dahlal's costumer service nor do I think that they would be eager to make the changes for me. On the other hand, I've ordered directly from Sim Moda on 2 occasions and have been **ecstatic** with the results. However, I'd feel weird asking them to replicate the costume if it isn't their design already. Rain

I don't really know the answer to that -- but I see the exact same designs on Sim Moda's site, the Marta the Legend Luxuryline at bauchladen.net, and lately on legendcostumes.com
So you could look at all three and see if you find the costume you're looking at on any of them, or something similar enough to work as a starting point for what you want.

Hi Lauren, I looked for it on Sim Moda's site but it's not there though he has very few bra/belt sets listed so I'm guessing that several are missing from the new site. I'll try bachladen and legendcostumes. Thanks.

Hi Reina. When I was at Sim Moda Evi in Istanbul last July I saw the exact costume I had just bought from Oriental Originals at Dahlal (Pink Melange - selling on the swap meet now). I also saw the sandy/beige-toned version of the same costume (forget Dahal's name for it). So I'm pretty sure Oriental Originals *is* Sim Moda Evi.

Jepp, Oriental Originals ist Sim Moda Evi. Last time I was in Istanbul I saw several of their costumes in the store that were later sold by Dahlal, they were just preparing a shipping for them.
Ismail complained there were so many stores selling his costumes under different labels, nobody would do this with a Bella but with his.

That's trough. As I was by SIM in march this year, Ismail also prepared some costumes for Dahlal. I saw also the leo-costume is now resale over Bhuz because the skirt is to big....

I wish Dahlal would sell them as Sim Modas-Ismail's costumes are so well made and pretty, he deserves the name recognition.

Oriental Originals is Sim. If you are still not convinced, you can ask Dahlal. I am sure she will answer you honestly.

Dahlal is my costumer but not all her costumes belongs to me some of them from egpyt and turkish one specially made by us but she do this bussiness very well and i can honestly say that one of the best costumer you can find in the world.
Its her website so she can call it Oriental Originals or sim moda depends on her. And as Christina said above if you ask her she'd tell it.

Me, too -- I have gotten real treasures from Dahlal over the years -- consistently glorious costumes -- some have been under the Oriental Originals label -- I didn't know they were Sim -- no wonder they are fabulous!
