Isis wings

I want to get some isis wings to play with! Yeah shiny new toys! I have no way to see any wings in person, so I would love input from dancers who have used wings.

Any comments on the various fabrics, textures, sizes, quality, performance? I have been eyeing the color shifting ones on audrenas.

I love some of the colors! Gold/purple looks gorgeous! I was thinking of plain gold as a neutral to go with multiple costumes, or maybe not! can't decide yet.

Joharah has Isis wings on sale for about $75.00. They look good on their web site. Karolinka is pretty good about stating any naturally-occuring inconsistencies or flaws in the wings. I have ordered from them before and had a good experience. I would recommend them.

Little Egypt sells Isis Wings and I have seen them in person and they look good. The dowels that they put in their wings are extremely heavy. I think the lightweight ones are better.
