Does the Abla brand continue?

Does anyone know if Madam's family have continued with her business?
Obviously I would have expected a period of mourning but I did here that her daughter would be carrying on the name.
I know you can still buy Ablas but are these mostly "in stock" ?
I cannot think of a better way to honour her than to carry on the tradition but then I am looking through the eyes of an admirer not a family member.

Yes. 2 of her daughters will carring on with the Ablas design. and i know that are many different models coming up soon... they working on that right now.
I was one of the client that always come and shop straigh with mdme. Abla. And I remember last january 2006, she was sick, almost couldnt talk to me :(
But, for our lucky, the trend Abla will keep going strong and with the best Costume quality ever!!!

Good news! I am a real Abla fan and am so happy to hear this. Isn't Madam Hekmat Abla's sister or cousin?

I am so happy to hear that. I'm going on Sunday and I was gonna make it a point to stop by. Does anyone know the address? I was just gonna ask someone at Makmoud's to take me over there and pay them but it might be nice to already have the address. Any advise before I start purchasing?

oh, this is great news! last I heard when I spoke with the people at dahlal, the atelier was going to go on but make handbags and stuff - not costumes.
