Looks like the Wednesday and Thursday lessons focus on on hips and hamstrings. Perfect timing for me!

I have just decided to start up with yoga in spite of my narrow-minded prejudices (=booooring) so this came at a perfect time. It looks like a great site, I`ll check it out as soon as I get home from work!
