I don't know if any of you are familiar with Louise Hay, but I'm certain she'd suggest we pay ourselves these compliments at least once a day. Thanks for the thread, Kina.

I love my color - rich, creamy caramel!

And this body - all parts of it. I can dance, skip, walk and run because it's strong and healthy.

I remind myself of a saying I once read when I feel body-critical: " I cursed my shoes untill I met a man with no feet."

I like my slender ankles and the color of my eyes. Oh and of course my boobs, a big shout out to my plastic surgeon....LOL!! I didn't think it would be so hard to come up with things I like and without reading the others posts I probably wouldn't have come up with anything at all. The do not like list is much longer....... of course it's 4 am and has been a rough night so maybe I am just feeling pissy.

OK, I like my boobs. At 56 they be small but they are perky, I don't even need a bra.

My eyebrows - Brooke Shieldzy types so I can play with shape when I get bored and don't want to change my hair, which I also like and it's grey!

ok here goes..

i like my hair it's very long & shiny & i like flipping it when i dance.

i like my hands they are small (size 5 wedding ring) & cute & i own a bazillion rings for them.

i like my skin & considering i live on the desert it's nice. i've been told i'm silky & creamy.

i like my big butt & wear stuff like melos so everybody can see it.

i like my boobs & have spent $$$ at fredericks spoiling them.

this kinda sounds like 3rd grade but it was the only way i could do it without being self deprecating. tina

I love my round little belly and I love my boobs too. I love my strong long finger nails and my full lips, no botox needed here

oh and I looove that at 47 I still don't have any grey hairs on my head

There maybe quite a lot of it but I still have the breath to hoik it around the dance floor (thanks to an inhaler

ooh, add me to the list of those who think this thread is a tough concept (especially, and i am not being self-deprecating but rather, matter-of-fact, when dealing with the changes that come from being 32 weeks pregnant) but for that very reason, a terrific idea! thank you, thank you.

i love being one of very few people in the world, not on the walls of the uffizi gallery, who really look like a botticelli painting - from the complete lack of straight lines or sharp angles anywhere on my face or body, to the very BD hip-waist ratio, to the extremely long and graceful limbs, to the creamy pale dessertlike complexion, to the expressive eyes with eyebrows improbably far above them, to the long wavy chestnut-ish hair, to the heart-shaped and just-full-enough mouth.

and i LOVE it when people tell me my breathtaking daughter looks just like me.

Alrighty- things I like about myself:

Big, thick, wavy hair. Slender, graceful hands and feet. My dark green eyes and snowy white skin, which at age 38 has no wrinkles or blemishes.

And the one surprising thing about some weight I recently gained during a hellish work project- it all went to my butt, and I really really like it there. For the first time in my life, I fill out a pair of jeans properly.

I love my skin - it is pale and smooth and very Irish. I love my cleavage. I really like my shoulders, they are strong and I have been told they are good to lean on to sleep. Hee! I love my feet, all muscular from dancing. My body is good to me, it is healthy and does just about anything I ask of it.

And I love my smile. Thanks to Mom and Dad for paying years of ortho bills. :)

I like my eyes, They're bright blue and the shape is almond like. I get alot of compliments on them.
Also I like my long neck to display those dangly earrings, long legs and well shaped calves because they look great in high heels, high cheek bones because it makes my face shape a little more defined and I also like my hands because they're strong and give great massages. What else?
I like my smile, because other people like it.

I would have to say my breasts. Even at the age of 40 gravity has not hit yet. I get lots of compliments on "the girls" from other dancers. And they are only a B cup

My hair. I am still trying to get it longer but I love the color and length of it.

My booty. Nice and strong and round.

Lastly would be my eyes. A very nice shade of blue and depending on what I wear they will really pop out and the color will intensify.

I caught a glimpse of my legs in the mirror the other day... WOW!! Love 'em! I also love my hair's thickness. According to my stylist, it's perfect. Let' see: my booty is kickin, my arms are starting to get a really nice shape, and I still get double-takes when I tell people that I'm 34. (Once while out dancing, I had one guy tell me that I didn't even look old enough to be in the bar.)

I love my hair.

I admire my boobs--I was a very late developer as well and sometimes even at 38 I still can't believe these things are mine.

I love the strength that I'm developing in my thighs and that it becomes increasingly easy to draw on that strength. It's not self-deprecating to say I was never an athletic girl, because I really wasn't, bookworm through and through, so this journey of finding all this strength and flexibility and agility that my body can offer is truly fabulous :-)

I have an awesome butt. My best feature hands down. My breasts are lovely and full even after 4 children, I have NO stretchmarks at all, beautiful blue/grey eyes, naturally full lips, a fantastic super wide smile, beautiful feet - curvy body - beautiful dark shiny hair -
