New costume finished!
I have been dreaming and slaving away on my MATA HARI UNVEILED costume. I am so in love with it! I feel like it is a dream come true.

that;s really beautiful and so close to Mata Hari's costume that it's almost creepy. I'll definetly put the new gothic BD-revelations dvd on my list, and I eagerly await the mata hari unveiled site!

Wow, and double wow! I clicked on your link and had a further look, and it's just amazing how you have recreated her whole costume ensemble and dance from photos. We need a bellydance museum just to house your amazing creations. Perhaps you can open one in your lounge room and start charging admission!

Doris Day as Mata Hari
Beautiful, Sarah! I have been an admirer of your work ever since I discovered your site a few years ago.
I was watching "Glass Bottom Boat" last night (I'm a Doris Day fan!) and had to laugh at that movie's version of Mata Hari:
and a very small actual photo that shows the bright, metallic colors:
Of course, your version is much more elegant! (but I still love Doris in that crazy headdress)
