Daily Plate- I've switched from FitDay- Question about the dance category
Ok Ive switched from FitDay to Dailey Plate. They seem to have more to offer: more foods in their database, there is a nifty water tracker, I can organize what I eat by times (breakfast, morning snack, lunch, afternoon snack, etc), you can customize items into meals so you don't have to add them separately, etc.
But I'm wondering, when I calculate my dance fitness, which category would it fit under?
Dancing: fast ballet, twist (420 cal/hr)
Dancing: disco, ballroom, square (403 cal/hr)
Dancing:slow, waltz, foxtrot, tengo (263 ca;/hr)
