L Rose Question
Will L Rose make items out of fabric you send them? I have this GORGEOUS light blue velvet that would make a lovely trumpet skirt but I haven't the sewing skills to make it myself

I'm not sure if they do or not; I would e-mail Shoshanna and ask. (For some reason I am thinking they don't but I don't know for sure!).

You could also find a local semstress who can make it to measure.
