i've heard that swarovski crystals don't come off in the wash, however i would never machine wash a costume, so it shouldn't be an issue either way. i haven't had any hotfix rhinestones come off any of my costumes so far. they are pretty sturdy for the most part. korean rhinestones are lower quality (not quite as shiny), but much cheaper. i haven't ordered from them yet, but i am thinking of trying out this place...
