seeking an assuit dress

does anybody know where I can buy a black assuit dress, without having to do a long wait?

I am hoping to find a nice dress with flared sleeves that I can have altered by a seamstress to nip in at the waist.
ultimately, I would like an effect liek this


all the vendors I have seen want to do custom, and I need it over the next few weeks. I remember there was a vendor called CairoCollections, a while back. But I can't tell from their website if they are still in business or not...

www.salomestent.com has assuit folkloric style with wide sleeves. They aren't fitted, but could be taken in, I imagine.

Also Dahlal sells assuit fabric so you could buy that and have something made up for you.

Have you tried e-bay? When I've searched on 'assuit' in the past I often turn up quite a few dresses in that style. Maybe the sleeves aren't that big, though.

doh! salomestent is not currently processing orders (until the end of the month). that did have one back dress in stock if the website is accurate though.

ebay has had slim pickins lately. Although in the past I have seen some really great assuit garment for sale. I guess it is all about timing.
