Searching for a special skirt

Hi together,

I fell in love with the skirt Serena Ramzy wore in one section of Choreo DVD (Serena and Hossam Ramzy).

I think it´s a full circle skirt, the fabric is tulle/net lace in black and there are little gem stones all over.

Does anybody know, where I can find something like that? Another color is okay....
