What skirt should I get to go with this bra/belt set?

I bought this beautiful bra/belt set from Lilya, and I am trying to figure out what style and color of skirt would do it justice. It's covered in black sequins and bead fringe. The silver "V"s that adorn the top of the bra and belt are made of little rhinestones. The photos look kind of yellowed, but the true color of the bedlah is black and silver.

Since you ladies are all so well-costumed, I'd definitely love to know what you think would look nice with this!

A few ideas I've considered:

1. A black chiffon wired-hem skirt. Like the one seen here:
http://www.dahlal.com/default.aspx?n=1&hs=ES15
My dream would of course be a Pharaonics Arabesque skirt, but I can't afford one new. (If anyone has a used one they'd be willing to part with, my measurements are at the bottom of this post.)
I have two of these Dahlal ones, and I love the way they move. If I were to go with this, would you suggest getting one trimmed with silver sequins along the hem and slits, or just get a plain one?

2. A trumpet skirt from L. Rose. If I go this route, I'm entertaining a few different fabric options:
a. Black luxury velvet
b. Black/silver glitter twilight velvet
c. Silver on black metalskin shiny metallic lycra
d. Silver holographic on black metallic lycra

If you have any other ideas on what might look cute, I'm open to suggestions. My only strong preference is that I'm not really a fan of straight skirts. (Unless you look at the photos of me below and all agree that this type of skirt would be most flattering to my shape. I really have no idea!)

Just for an idea of my body type, here is a photo of another bra/belt set of mine, worn with the two different skirt silhouettes I mentioned above.

If anyone has a skirt they're looking to find a new home for, that they think would look nice with this, let me know! My upper hip measurement is 32", lower hip is 36", and skirt length is 38" or 39". Thanks, ladies!! :)

I vote for the L Rose trumpet skirt with the deluxe panel in the back and a slit over one leg. A black velvet or a black w/silver glitter would be pretty.

I can't quite picture the metallic lycra or metalskin in my mind, so I'm just not sure about those. They are probably awesome, too.

I have a beledi dress in the luxury black velvet with silver glitter and it is very pretty. The glitter is kind of subtle, not super glittery, but nice.

My first thought was a black/silver twilight velvet L. Rose skirt, but I like your other ideas, too.

If it were mine, I'd want a slinky trumpet skirt in black/silver with matching gauntlets AND a full, ruffly white skirt with softer sleeves for a different look altogether.

I would go trumpet rather than circle with this set. My first choice would be the Sharifwear faux assiut skirt in black. I think the assuit pattern works well with the rhinstone pattern in your set (and I've been drooling over this skirt since I saw one in person last summer). You can buy it directly from Sharifwear, or you can get it through Dahlal (http://www.dahlal.com/default.aspx?n=1&hs=assuit+skirt).

If you decide to go with an L. Rose my vote is for the twilight velvet.

I have this costume! I have two different skirts: Black lace and chiffon trumpet skirt and a two panel chiffon. I will wear a accent skirt sometimes and sometimes I'll wear black harem pants with gold trim.

Another option is to wear silver. . .

We're on the same page!

You can also do a crushed velvet in the deluxe trumpet but, I'll bet you a big box of Krispy Kreme donuts that if you make deluxe out of the twilight velvet, you'd look spectacular!

Great! Now I'm getting newer ideas on what to completely blow my hard-earned cash on!

I'd pair it with an assuit panel skirt, to pick up the black/silver color, and the angular motif. Otherwise, maybe a full black chiffon skirt.

As a sidenote, I really like the green costume, but I think it need some arm treatments (in both pictures) because the straps are very thin. Although obviously you have a beautiful figure.. I'm saying it just because it looks unbalanced colros wise to have so much green in a chunk at the bottom, without carryign through th ecolor scheme to your arms or head.

Heck yes! That'd be fantastic. I saw the turquoise twilight velvet skirt that Ahava is selling, but I didn't see any black.

I totally agree. I had a seamstress make the green trumpet skirt for me, and I've been meaning to get to her to make me some matching arm thingies to go with it. I think my arms are too long not to break up that line a little bit.

I'm liking Zari's suggestion of the assuit panel skirt - that would look pretty amazing.

My first gut reaction was the L Rose black/silver twilight trumpet. And, since you say you don't like straight skirts I think you'd probably be happier in that than in a panel skirt. Still - it would look great either way, so you could always go for both! A gal needs some options, y'know.
