I was wondering if anyone is having any luck with using Hoodia?

I took it for a while, in a form from GNC that had only Hoodia in it. I noticed it has a mild calming affect and does seem to suppress my apetite. However, it didn't seem to translate into any weight loss during the course of a month or so. I didn't buy a second bottle. In addition to not seeing any obvious effects, I worried about what would happen in the long term if I continued to take it, and what might happen if I took it a long time and then stopped.

If you try it be careful to buy a reputable source that has only hoodia in it. Some stuff labelled hoodia has a very small amount of the hoodia plant and a big stack of other stimulants.

I also tried it...found it gave me some energy initially, but I didn't lose weight either and had no appetite suppression despite taking the max 3 pill dose...

I took it for about a month. I found it easier to stop eating, which is where I have trouble. I love food! So in that sense, it helped me to have more control and I made my goal weight. I'm gonna start taking it again, since I crept up a little.
