First of all, we never threatened you, I cannot imagine how you could construe such a thing from our request that you "contact us within the next 7 days". We are business people and handle our customers with respect, even when they do not return the favor. If you felt threatened, then we apologize for any misunderstanding.
To the issue of your costumes:
We really went the extra mile for you, and it is unfortunate that with all our efforts and extra expenses we were not able to please you. However, your demands became too over the top for us:
1) you needed a costume quickly and chose one readymade and we accommodated you by loaning you the necessary top and sleeves for your show.
2) we made a top in your size so you could return the loaned items to us
3) you ordered a second costume and were unhappy with the sleeves which came with the costume - we made you a new set and sent them free charge. So now you have two sets of sleeves for this costume.
4) you were not happy with the second sleeves, so we offered to exchange them with yet another set -- to which you demanded that we
- send the set free charge so you would now have 3 sets of sleeves from us (not as an exchange)
- or you demand we pay you $120
5) we already gave you a $125 discount when you placed your order
6) You did not return the loaned top and sleeves as agreed because you wrote that you wanted to purchase them. However, you never sent payment.
In a message in another thread someone wrote "a vendor will never wait 8 months for payment".
Well, here we are, 11 months and waiting...
