Eman question
Has anyone bought or seen any of Eman's pharonics line in person, what is your opinion of them? I'm really drawn to them I've included pics from Dahlal's site
Pharoah's fantasy
Under the Sun
Secret of the Sphinx
http://www.dahlal.com/default.aspx?n=1&lpc=1&lpo=1
Unfortunately this site doesn't let you link directly to the pic!
I'm leaning toward the Pharoah and Sphinx costume, would appreciate any input!

Hi Aradia,
I am not personally familiar with the ones you listed but it seems someone sold a "Secret of the Sphinx" costume in the last month or two or at least one that resembled it. I did find this previous post that might help you:
Know these Emans?

I owned Secret of the Sphinx, just sold it here on Bhuz. (spelled it sphynx, if you're searching).
What can I tell you about it? the quality was superb, I wish it had come with more/better accessories (it only had two puny armbands I couldn't wear because the rhinestones caught on my veil and a heavy veil I didn't like). It was sparklier than I could have imagined. I was a little worried that the gold metallic fabric part wouldn't hold up well, long term (to stretching & sweat).
I sold it because I was losing weight and just couldn't fill out the bra any more even with padding.
Here it is in action, I think it moves beautifully.
(click anywhere on the video besides the 'play' button to open it, I don't like embeding)

i have the secret of thes phinx and it is tod ie for. the only issue is, all the action is in the back of the costume. so to showcase it you have to be willing to show your butt to the audience. it is super comfy and well, eman bras do make the girls look wonderful.
i agree on the accessories, i usually have to glam it up with some sparkly bracelets

Thanks Lauren, loved the performance and the costume looked very elegant. I wonder if they would custom alter a costume I love the Sphinx one but I would love to add the fabric tie in the front of the Under the Sun costume. Anyone ever custom make their own costume?? I know Amira at Pharonics will customize, maybe Eman will too!!

Yup! By Eman just for me..but she chose the colour, material and sketched me the design. It also has long sleeves and the belt can come off.
Unless you meant make it yourself..in which case...

Thank you my dear..I felt like a dancing Mae West in it..sassy old bird!
I think you have to cope with the fact that Egyptians think if you dance, you are not gonna be the shy, retiring sort nor be bothered about hiding excess flesh behind what we would consider more "flattering material".
I did look and think GULP this doesn't exactly slim me...but in the lycra flesh, I don't look quite as big as in the photo (so I'm told)

I have one too and ditto. business up front and party in the rear. ;) it's just gooooorgeous from the back. sculpts the booty nicely and flares out nice and full when you spin.
