This set comes with the bra, belt, skirt, arm bands, and veil. A bit worn but still looks fine. It was custom made for the dancer I got it from in the early 90's.

i have that "fire" set. have worn it for 15 years and it still looks great. highly recommended it to anyone interested. you will get your moneys worth and then some!
what color is the water one? is it as greenish/teal toned as it looks in the bottom photo, or is it really blue? I'd be hard pressed to fit in that belt, but if it's teal I might be determined enough to fit into it!

The water one is a blue/green. I wore that best when my hips were 40" (it was a bit tight but it worked). I got it from a dancer whos hips were maybe 36" and it looked fine on her too.
