I believe they are by Hanan. I have one; they are very simple, but I think well-constructed. I handled and tried on a few of them at Dahlal, and some certainly seemed better than others. Some don't have a whole lot of beadwork, although I believe the beads are mostly glass. The beading patterns on mine are really pretty, but I should note that there is no bead trim on the bottom of the skirt. One issue with a lot of them is that she places cutouts in weird places. Mine had a diagonal cutout going right across the crotch (!) so I had to have a backing sewn behind the mesh.
Yeah, I know; I'm not sure why they decided to give them a different name. Tim told me when I was shopping there that Hanan has different "tiers" of design with different price ranges. You might call Dahlal just to double check. Ask for Tim or Debbie; they are the most helpful people to talk to there.
