skirt question...

Hello fellow bhuzzers. I've got a question I KNOW someone out there has the answer to

I have two skirt and veil sets I bought off of bhuz. Dahlal used to sell them but I don't see them on the website anymore.

Here's the story...

Both skirt and veil are regular ol' chiffon with gold beaded edging along all sides of the veil and the bottom and sides of the skirt. The skirt has 3 openings (or slits). Now, I understand 2 openings...1 for each leg...but why in the heck are there 3???? How do I wear this??? Both sets have these 3 openings so I figure it's not an accident.

I'm considering just stitching closed the 3rd opening but wanted to ask my fellow dancers 1st if they knew how to wear this skirt

Thanks so much for your help!

For real!

Okay, I can see that I'm not the only one baffled by this skirt construction. Since I like showing some leg, I think I'll stitch it closed OR wear an underskirt that also has 2 (and only 2) openings :)

Thanks for your hilarious input

Rebecca

I don't know why they have three splits either, but I have seen dancers wearing those skirts inadvertently reveal a lot more than they intended , so you are wise to sew one split up!
