Shopping at Bella in Istanbul

I am planning on going to Turkey in a few weeks and I was wondering about shopping for costumes.

Especially Bella. How much is in stock in their shop? Should I order ahead to be sure and what is their typical turn around time for custom made? I should probably order now instead of ordering when I get there if I want to take the costume home with me right?

Also, where can someone share contact info for Sim?

One can never tell what and how much they have in stock - but it's better to go there and if necessary order from them directly than order in advance. Let what you have inspire you for something new if nothing fits.

And have fun! Why can't I go? (yeah, I know, because I spent all my money in Honolulu, right? Poor little me...)
