Can you clarify what 6P might translate to in "regular" sizing? Or just give some more measurements for the dress...

Well, my hips are 37" and it fits well. So, I assume it would fit someone that is 37" or a few inches less. It would fit a person that 's a size 4 too. From the shoulder to the bottom hem is about 52 1/2"
