Want Red D cup lots of fringe

Looking for a new red costume , must have lots of fringe V cut to the belt or skirt proffered . I am 5'7 36 D full C hips 36 to 38 .

Got a Madame Able that's padded out the wazoo, but I think it's a C/D cup without the cotton. Belt is not V-shaped, but scalloped - I have it set at 39" now. I'm thinking about letting this go (been wanting to re-bead it but don't have the time/energy and it's too much for my short little frame as-is).

eep...is 36 your bra size or your band size? I just measured the band and she's 32" and some change...not quite 33''.
