I need your HELP!!!

I am interested in purchasing a costume from belly dance costume, online shop, Marta the Legend bellydance costumes, music & accessories from Egypt, Dubai, Turkey
Are they a reputable site. can I trust that I will get what I ordered. If any one has an advice I would appreciate it.

I ordered 2 gorgeous sets from them..I ordered about 3 weeks ago and was told I would recieve by January as they are all handmade..So I am hoping they are reputable..They have my money ..Seriously they seem very nice answer all my emails very quickly..Even after I paid..So I feel good

{sigh} yeah, they were the same to me. I was also told that I would get my costumes in three months time. I ordered them back in April and since then there has been a fire, their computers were hacked, in August they had to stop for two weeks because of a school holiday and now an illness in the family and the altier (sp?) was fired and they are retraining.

So don't bet on it. I ordered three costumes and only the skirts are done. Only one has a bra that is almost completed. I requested that they give me a refund or complete the work but Dec. 1st. I constantly requested status on my costumes, that's where they gave me one excuse after another. I'd like to believe that I am a patient and kind hearted person but after being jerked around I feel that those qualities are fading fast.

the off the rack one i got they sent with the wrong top, then when sent the right top they forgot the sleves.....the custon one i got fits well and is comfy but falls apart, they sent sleve NOTHING like what i ordered, i wanted floral sleves i got ones with literaly one row of seqin, then after waiting 3 months i got sleves that wold fit a giant with stars and the wrong seqin.......WILL NEVER ORDER AGAIN.....check out this thread.....

UPDATE...THE ARE REALLY BAD!!! Victoria made all kinds of promises and never kept them..They had not even started working on my order which was promised to me for December :(..So I said I would like a refund..They say OK..They refund me 75% and keep $289.50 for canceling the order..THE PROBLEM I was never informed of a 25% cancellation fee. BUT legally they can not do that as I have emails promising me my 2 costumes by December..They broke their part of the contract anyway..Legally I am owed all my money so I had to file a credit card claim now my American Express is fighting with them..They had EVERY excuse you could think of..Sick husband..Factoory fire ..Vacations You name it..Very Unhappy Experience..I ordered 2 costumes with Audrena now and she seems sweet and only to 25% deposit..NOT Full money upfront like Marta ..Bad Experience WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE =(

This is why I like to ask many questions and post them on bhuz, being a heavy online shopper. You guys give great feedback...I was looking to order from them too awhile back ago! Right on time...Thanks everyone.
