In the center it is 10.5" wide from the top to the tip of the bottom. It is 51.5" long overall, 37.5" of which has coins. The whole thing has beads along the ties, and is meant for small hooks and the tie is mainly aesthetic but adds some stability. It measures 17-17.5" laying flat seam to seam, I was going to put darts in it to make a more curvy shape. It's 44" long excluding the neck decoration and the connecting pieces.

This set is made with purple shimmery fabric trimmed with gold sequins and decorated with gold isis coins and beaded fringe. The bra is a C cup. Never worn, no hooks. $160 including shipping.

Two hipscarf/coin bra sets. One black and one red, bra is a b/c trimmed with removable and adjustable straps. The bras were only worn to make the video linked above, but the scarves have seen some use (I don't know how much but I bought them used). $45 each, or buy both for $80 for a matching set.
