I've used it religiously for a while, lost 10 lbs. It has a great community that can help you keep on track if you like to share your stories with others. I stopped using it, because those kind of programs make me crazy. My focus all day is on food and it didn't help out with my eating disorder at all. I have also used balance log, which is similar but a bit more intense. Sparkpeople a good site, and I commend the guy who came up with it. He has a good heart and just wanted to invest his money into something that would help people out. I just had to double up on therapy while I was using the site :) That's all.
