Help needed - pictures of Bellas

Since I am working on an article about Bella I would be very grateful for picurtes of old (1980-1990) Bellas.
What I am very interested in is the crochet skirts and the belts and bras with wire inside.
Can anyone help me - sent pictures that I may publish?

Since mine(bought second hand from Meissoun)is made after 1990,I can´t help with pictures-but I would be very interested to read the article when it´s finished!
Where will it be published?

...and off topic,are you still looking for info on the Kawliya people,music and dance?

Well, the articles I write are mainly for Bastet, a German dance magazin.

Certainly I am still desperately looking for infos an Kawliya it is almost impossible to get anything.

I have an old Bella brochure that has pics of these types of costumes. But I don't have the copyright on them, so I couldn't give you permission to publish. Have you tried emailing Bella herself for pictures?

If Bella can't even be bothered to email people back when they order costumes, I doubt she'll take the time to gather up and send pictures of her old designs. But hey, you never know!

I'd lovelovelove to see pics of older Bellas. It'd be so interesting to see where her style has been and do "then and now" comparisons!

I have a gorgeous one from around 1989. it has the wired scrolls and crochet skirt. do you need a studio type photo, or would any old snapshot do?

Hi Elisa,

that would be great - possible to get a pictuere (300 dpi) good for printing, snap shot would be ok if it has sufficient dpi.

Regarding the broschure, how old is it? I could call Bella and ask I am sure they would agree publishing, however I know they themselfes would not be able to search for old pictures....

Reyhan you could also try to contact fellow bhuzzer Sha-ri, I believe she has some old Bella pics.. Good luck!
