Cotton Padding?

Would anyone know where I could buy the cotton padding for bras that are used in the Egyptian bras?

I "ooomph" my chest up with shoulder pads if I can't find the bra inserts they sell at Joann's.

I use the bra pads at Joann's too, they work really well. The add-a-size ones are usually good for me. They're made of foam
