Mercy!

That made me go look for some clips. I found out that flamenco videography can be just as irritating as bellydance videography!

I`m a big fan of Joaquin Cortes since many years ago,and seen him dance live more than once......by the way,he`s my middle niece current boyfriend ,but no,that does not have anything to do with me being his fan.
I understand too that not everybody is into his flamenco-fusion style, but he`s nonetheless the most famous flamenco dancer in the world at the moment.
.........and he`s really,really hottttt!

Well, I can't say I "approve" of his costuming choice, but I'm not much on the bare chested look anyways. The bigger picture to me is that I feel that any dancer who "takes themselves seriously" would NOT post a video on YouTube or similar garbage dumping grounds - regardless of content. But that's just my opinion.

I do become upset when I see inappropriate costuming and/or dancing for much the same reasons others here do: We've fought too hard against bad stereotypes to accept sleazy dancers. When some of the best known dancers on the planet insist on dancing sleaze and no-one calls them on it - why do we blame the unknowns like this guy? Far better dancers than he have done worse and in far more public places! We all decried the infamous "Coffee Table" incident, yet let others slide by that are almost as bad - and waaay "worse" than this guy and dancers like him.

I'm not defending nor criticizing him, I'm just sayin...
