Er... Under-dressed?
For those that feel think that bellybunnys in only a bra and hip scarf are under-dressed
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=65pTs...elated&search=
I actually enjoyed it but spent most of the clip praying the hip scarf ties wouldn't flip up

Shaymis also has more clips where his attire is a little less distracting. Enjoy.

He's a great little mover! though I suspect he wore that specifically to get his 'hits' counter going off the dial.

I wish he had had the good taste not to forget his pants and vest or gelabeya 'cos the man can dance.

I believe he is really into yoga and bellydance. He must like to puch the envelope in performing. I saw one of his videos that took place in a bath tub with bubbles. Yeah, you heard me right, bubbles.

Hey there!
I think his other dance name is Kish Kish & he's from Miwaukee area. He dances with Shiai. Wouldn't be surprised if he's bhuzing around.
In my opinion, he's very good -very fluid, knows the music, etc. He performed a veil routine in spring in Elmhurst when Maleeha from Iowa came for a workshop.
Did anyone see the bellyrolling clip? I feel so guilty watching the clips!

Yes, that is Kish Kish. He is from the Milwaukee area. I've seen him perform a few times at haflas and shows. He is a really good dancer. I think he also dances with Shaia's male troupe Extreme Taqisim.

Maybe he and I could be dance partners--Kish Kish & Mish Mish--we will, of course, adopt his costuming style...
Seriously though, despite his hipscarf-only attire, he's a good dancer!

Kish Kish
That's right, Kish Kish is a very well-known soloist in Milwaukee. He is one of the best dancers that I know. I will not comment on his choice to post a clip of himself dancing in a coin scarf, other than to say that he does not do it in public performances, and I see nothing offensive about the clip - nothing showing there that shouldn't - although I can certainly appreciate it being a subject for debate. I personally did not like it when Adore did her bra-and-belt only dance on the Solos in Monte Carlo DVD. That is a professionally-done DVD that should perhaps reflect what is "proper" stage attire.

nope
He's an okay dancer but not good enough to negate the presentation as far as I'm concerned. WTF? voyeuristic fantasy perhaps - but ancient egyptian dance? 'bout as ancient as what? the coin scarf?
I really detest gratuitous nakedness in bellydance - and I don't care who it is - supahstah or guy in milwaukee.

Yes, I think that's Jilllina's choreography. As for the comment, I can't respond to that. I agree that he is cute, though, and a great guy.

He gave credit to Jillina for the choreo, bless his li'l hairy heart.
He moves well. VERY well. Some clothing would be appreciated, though.

I was gonna say, HEY! I KNOW THAT GUY!
My Lovely Kish Kish!! I was taken aback for a milli-second about his hipscarf, only 'cause I've never seen him qute so....................nekkid.................but I don't mind in the slightest.
Kish Kish is a very talented, passionate performer! THis is a part of his fun-loving side some don't see often. When he performs in shows, he is very professional with great poise.
i *heart* Kish Kish.

He looks like what would happen if Trent Reznor and Weird Al had a belly dancing son together!
I like Weird Al a lot, so I don't mean that in a mean way. He's a good dancer.

Actually, I think I "get" the ancient Egyptian dance reference. He does sort of look like one of the hieroglyphic-type Egyptian tomb paintings with that hip wrap.

uh yeah
well, if that was a female dancer similarly clad, she'd be roasted on a spit for the title, the audacity, self-absorption and whatever else. I'm not cutting him any slack because he's a guy who belly dances.
