Rosey- i've tried contacting you

Hi Rosey,
I've tried contacting you thru the 'contact us' tab and every time it redirects me to "are you a member?" all this in efforts to ask you to merge my current sign on with my former *Eshal* profile...would you ? could you please?

The site does not take user names that have symbols in them. This info is in the Help sections which are at the very top and bottom of the home page. It does not consider you a member! (It's asleep, it won't wake up for you!) There is nothing I can do to help you until you start a new account with a user name that does not have symbols in it. Why don't you just use plain ol' Eshal? Let me know when you've done this and I will then add your old post count to your new account.

I tried and got a message that plain ol' Eshal doesn't have enough characters- but under scores are allowed, so that is why i used them(now i remember) (Am i not understanding something- i apologize if i'm being dense) .....please advise how to proceed from here.

You are showing up just fine as _Eshal_ I guess I was wrong about the underscores.
Are you having any other problems now?
