Email Notification problem

Hi,

I had no problem receiving instant notification of PM's up until last Friday. Now all of a sudden I am not receiving any notifications. I tried changing my profile settings and that still doesn't work. Do you see any problems with my account?

Also, I've tried subscribing to threads and I've never been able to receive notification. Maybe the problems are connected.

Same here. Definitely not getting PM notifications as of...pretty recently.
Firefox on a Gateway PC*.


*Surely there is a late 70s rock anthem somewere that this title could be worthy of?

I started not getting notifications maybe a month or so ago. I tried some of the troubleshooting tips in other threads, but haven't been able to make it work. I used firefox on windows xp when I last tried to update the settings.

I get lots of notifications intended for members that are redirected to my mailbox because the mailboxes are full or incorrect.
All I can suggest is that you make sure when you redo your notifications that you click on save or whatever is on the bottom of the page. And, that you need to update your notifications in two places - one for forum notifications and a different place for PMs. Also, make sure your email address is correct. And, if you are suddenly not getting notifications it could be because your mail provider has changed something re spam.

I am also not getting notifications. All of my addresses are correct and things are not going to the spam folder.

I'm having problems again. It started this w/e. PM notifications are not coming to my personal email

I have problems on and off with this and can usually fix it myself but this time it isn't working for me either. Started this weekend at some point.

It seems to be 'normal' today but I'm missing about 5 days worth of notifications. I'm having an inbox clean out, just in case that helps.
