Lately when I try to post or click on threads, I get a "Database Error" message that tells me to refresh...Next time I get the error message I'll past the text here.

You are half way logged out of the system. Sometimes it has a burp like this. Click on the Home button and then click on Log Out at the very top right corner of the front page. Then log in again from the front page and it will be OK.
I get this a lot of the time too, I was quite annoyed by it yesterday as there was something on the swapmeet board I wanted but I couldn't get onto the page because of this and now it's sold.
I tried logging out and back in but it made no difference?

This website is in two parts that fit together a bit awkwardly; sometimes you can get logged in to the social part of the site and not be really logged in to the forum. Clearing your cookies and temp files and then logging in again from the front page will solve that problem. Click on the help button in the top right corner of one of the social pages for directions on how to clear your cookies and temp files.
