The Clumps Posting in Groups

Hi,

I'm noticing that my posts in Groups and elsewhere too if Im not mistaken, are not recognising spaceing for paragraphs. This causes them to clump up and look like a 3rd grader wrote them. I did try the <P> and <BR> and they showed up in the post or didn't work - it was some time ago, so I don't remember which it was. I guess when I post this, I'll see if those tags work ;).

Is this a Mac user problem, an Opera user problem or a Bhuz "Feature" as they say in the programming world?

Ok, looks like it's recognising spacing in the forum area. But I just posted to groups in dog forums and it's not working there.

LOL, I saw the thread title and thought you were name-calling -- mad at some people who were posting in groups!!

Totally OT, but will you have any swords on e-bay soon? I got to borrow one of yours last week and want one just like it!

Man, I just posted on the Teacher group, and again the clumps! I to add that it seems to take some phrases and repeat them. When you try to fix the repeated phrases, it won't let you, just keeps coming back in the post. I swear I'm not as careless with my posts as that. Now I am not a great speller, in spite of the amount of reading I do, but I can put a sentence together. Also the typing seems slower in the groups area. Like I'll be typing and the words don't show up for a while - just the little spinny gay pride candy icon (on a mac, that's what shows instead of the pc's hour glass). I'm typing here on Forums and there's no wait time on seeing the letters come up. Do you think it may be the graphic constantly 'falling stars' that slows down the text as I'm typing?

I know, how much can this ex techno geek gripe about the site? Can't post new topics on Chat, can't get anyone to Chat except Genisis (who I do enjoy!). Boo hoo ;)

I do like the new site btw...just helping point out some of it's 'features.'

It sounds like you are using Safari on a Mac - is that the case? Read the thread Are you using Safari? Having Problems with BHUZ? for details on why Safari is less than optimum for some uses.

The upshot is that if you use a Mac you should use Firefox to open up BHUZ and then you won't have the problems you are experiencing. You can still use Safari for your other surfing needs.

Actually I'm using Opera. It's prolly not optimum either? I'll follow your thread and see what the recommendations for mac users are. I am on the site every day, so I might as well be using a browser that works :)
