I love Asheville, NC! It's so pretty up there!

Aunt Rocky is such a fab teacher! I can't wait to have her in Tallahassee. It's just not often we get her caliber of dance in this neck of the woods.

Well, I think I am THE Miss Faye - unless that would be a bad thing! Yes Amy - it's me. While in NC I emailed Melinda that Rocky was preparing for her first performance of the evening as I was typing.

Asheville is indeed lovely. If you ever foresee a trip up that way Onca of Baraka Mundi sponsors several events in Asheville each year. She uses a venue that has a large built-in stage and plenty of space for dressing rooms. (Similiar to Libby's/Gainesville FL except Onca's is a Jewish Community Center.)

OK - note to self ... forego drinking coffee when reading bhuz. My screen is 'mostly clear' now. (Didn't expect the reference to chocolate. Boz likes those too.)

FYI - I have some belt/bra sets for the well-endowed, voluptous curve-y dancers. I'm sitting here looking at purple, orange, gold, and turquoise sets with lots of beaded fringe. (Might be others, too. They are stacked on suitcases for July events - Ringgold GA/Leyla and Roland next weekend, then Houston, Huntsville and finally Tallahassee.) If you have a preference you can post here or email me and I will share details.

Don't know if you heard or not but I have FanVeilZZtm, too. Cool prop. (I emailed Nancy about them.) Mahsati-Janan performed with a pair when Rocky taught in Asheville in June. (Mahsati opened the show with a lovely routine, I immediately started begging for a link to the video. Hopefully it will happen soon.) When she left the stage Rocky stopped her and made very favorable comments. Mahsati's sexy hubby Jeff and I were so busy watching her we did not take as many pix as we should have. Well, that and standing by His Sexiness - somewhat distracting. Fun but distracting.

Are you serious?!? Jeff isnt' aware he's a sexy hottie??? Amazing. He's a hunk. Of course I liked him immediately because he makes you happy and he's obviously devoted to you. But then, hmm, Hot Stuff! His smile could melt ice. Yummy guy.

Thx for the kind words and for sharing you pix again. No problem re emails, I totally understand. I'm recovering from pneumonia, my laptop and I cuddle in bed. What a lousy way to spend one of my rare, free weekends. Oh well, I'l be vending every weekend for the next 7 so I better enjoy it while I can.
