I wrote to them 2 days ago and yesterday and I had a reply on both same days. They were pretty fast. I didn't do it automaticaly, I copy/past their address in my Outlook and it worked.
Here's the 2 addresses they responded me with:

turquoiseintl@earthlink.net (I got an automatic receipt from this address)
