Help-Have you seen this belt?

Hello, early this year I found a great fringed elastic belt at the city flea market. Since I wore it to a workshop and told everyone where I got it, they've all been bought up, and I'm told the flea market doesn't carry any more. I guess there's one store in town left that has some, but only in silver like mine, not in any other colors.

Anyway, other dancers I've talked to would still like to get one, because they're great for workshops, classes, or just going out dancing. I've looked online with no luck, maybe because I'm not eactly sure what to call it. Has anyone see this belt, either online or in a store that does mail orders?

I have one like that, love it! There is a store close to my class that has them. Let me know if you want me to go check and see if they have some more!

You can usually find those belts at shops that carry club wear.

Josiane, if you happen to be going in that store anyway and notice they have some and have a website or address for ordering, it would be nice to know, but don't go out of your way. I don't really want to go through the effort of ordering a bunch at this point and then having to resell them. I was really looking more for a site or store I could point people to if they want to know where to get one.

Well, I can't get the picture to pull up on Tribe. But I know that I have Beaded Stretchy belts in my inventory. I have more colors than what is listed in my store. Those are the same that I had in mind going to that store, like the one I have, and I paid exactly the same price. You'd be better off buying them there, she has a lot more selection then where I was about to go, at least at the time I bought mine! Nice!! I might get me a couple more from you :P

No, it's not you, it's me..something about my firewall blocking the pictures on tribe. I can't get it to work right. I've been on tribe for years. But since the switch, I can't get any of the pics to show up anymore :( So now, I rarely visit tribe these days cause without pics, it's not as exciting. Anyway, I put a few more colors up. I still have more colors though.

Oh man, those are SO CUTE. But they'd never stay on my hips... they'd jump to my waist in a second.

It's designed in a chrochet like weave. You can pin the bottom row to your pants or skirt and it will stay in place. I have the same problem with clothing. These belts magically stay put without me pinning them.
