I also have the DVD. I have yet to try absolutely everything, because there is so much there. There are 2 sets of drills, each around 1/2 hour, each divided into groups: hips and arms, chest, hips. Though I have yet to find any shimmies, in several of the hip drills, she mentions which moves build to shimmies.
Overall I like the DVD, a lot to work with for not too much $$.
