Anyone seen this? How much is focused on arm movements that can be used in cabaret dancing?

Also, does anyone know where I can view a clip from the DVD?

I have this dvd and worked with it a couple of times a while back. The dvd contains three sections with arm moves: oriental arms, spanish arms and indian arms. I think that the moves thaught in this video can be incorporated into cabaret, fusion and tribal.

I think this dvd is very useful because it works on posture and arms from a muscular viewpont, which worked for me. A lot of cabaret arms dvd's are more about moves instead of where the move originates or how to train the muscles that you use while dancing.

Besides, Aruna has amazing muscle definition. Watching her move her arms is like watching RB doing pops and locks: fascinating!

Yes, I think it's a good video also-- Coincidentally I popped it into the DVD player last night but didn't get to watch it, so I've only seen it once a few months ago but I recall thinking she had great arms and there was several cool moves and exercises that I ought to be doing...
