Dahlena Technique DVD

Does anyone have Dahlena's Technique DVD? I'm wondering if it's really basic, or if it covers more advanced technique? How about her Abdel Halim Hafez choreographies DVD? That one sounds especially interesting. The prices are very reasonable.
I have Dahlena's 2001-2002 choreography video and her 2003-2004 choreography as well. I love them both and I love her style. I'd like to purchase the technique and the Abdel Halim Hafez, but I'd be interested to hear other's opinions of these videos first.

I have them both but I haven't watched them in a while. I remember liking them...I'll have to go pull them out and watch them again and get back to you.

I think her technique is called basic to intermediate. She covers a lot of technique that she goes over in her workshops re: posture and where moves should be coming from, you know her "style" and the whole "get out of your supopoting leg" bit ;)

Ok, sounds good. I think I'll order both of them, even if the technique DVD covers basic stuff it never hurts to review. Can't go wrong with Dahlena.
