wow! the first one was amazing and this one looks equally stunning. but i already own 2 workout dvd's i havent' even opened and just bought Ansuya Luscious layering. my fav right now is Darshan's Tribal DVD...she does such a good job of breaking down and drilling undulations . maybe that will help me when i finally get to this one with Leyla.

I got this dvd last week and I've watched it twice already. It's very good, especially if you like vol 1. I do want to mention that it's the same material she taught here in Atlanta during her two workshops and I'll probably end up selling mine.

One demonstration in that short clip reminded me of Michael Jackson's moonwalk. It looked awesome.

I really want it. Shimmies are not my strong point. (I don't really have anything to shimmy in the first place.) I really appreciated her explanations in the first DVD. Plus, she's great to just watch! I'm slowly getting there; practising every day.
