Bell-E-Sentials: Dance of the Belly
Has anyone seen this instructional video with Cindy Loader?

My abdominal isolations are getting better recently (I can do rolls, psoas pulls/pushes, the basics), but I'd like to take them to the next level.

Can anyone recommend this or another instructional for working specifically on abdominal isolations?
