Do not...I repeat... do not buy this. I bought this with the hope that I could get some instruction on the finer points of Persian dance. The video was shot outdoors...in front of a freeway (yes..trucks are rolling behind her) in her back yard - next to a metal culvert. This was the most amaturish attempt at an instructional video I have ever seen. The content was inane, the instruction so basic as to be laughable. The cover is slick and you would never know you are about to be ripped off in the worst way. I am pretty easy going and not too demanding in an instructional DVD. If I can pick up something new...or get a better way of explaing something to students..its money well spent. This one just made me feel I needed more lube.

Hi Anala -- no, I didn't bid because I have seen this dvd for sale before a bunch of times, so I didn't fell too much urgency since the seller will probably list more.

I got some Mohamned Khordadian instructional Persian dance VHS tapes and they were excellent. I think they can be found online somewhere.
