Well I think it could be taken at least two ways because, are they the hotties of the desert? d@mn right! you just can't see it ...you just know...which is the idea. So it could either be pointing out a more open minded form of hottness. But we all know that its a political jest and its meant (likely) to be disrespectful in some way. so.....funny but wrong is the verdict ...but very clever on the part of the creator.
